All of our Caregivers have a minimum of CPR
and First Aid training, have passed a TB test and a criminal
background check. Additionally, we offer ongoing training to
our Caregivers so they can continually improve the level of
care they offer to our Clients. We believe that this training
benefits our Clients because it ensures that we are making every
effort possible to deliver the best care possible by Caregivers
who are genuinely interested in your health and well-being.
We use specially designed tracking tools to
provide quality control over the care delivered. This process
ensures that no element of care is ever overlooked, and our
Care Agents are constantly checking in with you to ensure you
are satisfied with the care provided.
We maintain copies of all our Caregiver Identifications,
Certifications, Work History, Professional References and other
needed employment documentation. And, we handle all aspects
of the administration of our Caregiver's employment including
maintaining worker's compensation insurance and liability insurance.
The bottom line is that we make it easy for you to get the care
you need.

The proper way to get started for in-home care
is to first do an assessment of the needs of the Care Recipient.
This can be done in two ways: The first is to click HERE

about what kind of care you are seeking and your particular

form is that you can do it at any time when your schedule permits,
and you can take your time in answering the questions.
Or, if you prefer, you can call our office
and speak with a Care Agent who will go through these questions
with you. Once the assessment is completed, a Care Agent will
review the various options for care available and help you make
a decision as to what will be the best solution for you. Once
a decision is made, we will quickly process the order and find
the right Caregiver for you right away. In many cases we can
arrange for a Caregiver to show up at your residence the very
