We know that in addition to the right Caregiver, from time to time you also need information, products and services to supplement and enhance the care you are receiving. It is the goal of the Resource Center to make such things easy for you to find by consolidating them all in one easy-to-access location right here on the internet. You can come to the Resource Center anytime and get exactly what you need.

Helpful Information: Knowledge is power, and we believe that you need to be in power over your care management. To that end, we make educational materials, books, videos, articles and guides available to you, making it easier to understand the care process and related subjects. Our information offerings range widely in subject matter to provide any relevant topic you may need, including care management, estate planning, product evaluation and selection, and so much more.

Helpful Products: Having the right product will greatly improve your care and the quality of life. We strive to make it easy for you to get the products you need without having to search high and low or overpaying for them. We have made alliances with several companies for you to choose from.

Helpful Resources: Finding the additional resources to take care of most of your other needs can be an arduous task, especially for people in care or their busy families. Who has the time and energy to locate and screen all these possibilities? We believe that our experience with and knowledge of these various providers can be of great value to you in your care management, and we provide relevant information on them including how to get in touch with them whenever the need arises.

We have learned that providing the best care for our Care Recipients goes beyond just having a skilled and compassionate Caregiver, but also requires having access to all the needed information, products and services for proper care management. Through our experience over the years, we know that it can be frustrating for Care Recipients and their families to try to quickly find what they need. There are thousands of different companies offering thousands of care products, medical supplies and nutritional products. There are also thousands of professionals out there vying for your business, including doctors, insurance companies, attorneys, therapists of different kinds, and many more. Up until now finding the right product, service or professional for you at the right cost could take a lot of time. Some people get so frustrated trying to find these things that they just give up and go without. Other times, overwhelmed with the staggering volume of choices, they just pick the first one they see, whether or not it is the right one for them.

We believe there is a better way, so we created the Resource Center to help you find what is hard to find, and to navigate through the clutter to get what you need quickly and easily. We have compiled, and are continuing to compile, specific resources which we believe are high-quality and cost-effective and will aid in the care management process. We don't list all 500 brands and 2000 models of a particular item, but we provide a selection which represents our choices of the best products, services and values suitable for your needs. We are dedicated to staying on top of new develpments and new products, and we update our Resource Center as frequently as possible with those new items we believe will be of benefit to you.

We have discovered that some agencies don't want to provide comprehensive information out of fear that it will expose their practices as unethical or improper, or that it may detract from their ability to keep your business. We look at this situation differently. We strive to maintain the highest ethical and proper practices in our offices and in the field. With this foundation, we have no concerns about readily giving you any and all the information available about caregiving, selecting and monitoring caregivers, supplemental products and services or information available to help you manage your care situation.

Moreover, we have found that many other agencies don't really care about your overall health and well-being as long as you continue to hire their caregiver. As a result, they have no interest in helping you find products and resources you may need. All these factors combined help explain why other agencies don't have resource centers like ours.

Thanks to much support from our dedicated staff and experienced Clients, we are rapidly building up our resource center. There are three primary ways we go about finding and adding items to our Resource Center:

1. Our Resource Center staff is dedicated to staying on top of new resources of all kinds that come available. They are constantly researching and evaluating these for inclusion in the Resource Center. Not every new product, service or informational piece is worthy of inclusion, so our staff take the time to investigate and determine which should be included.

2. Sometimes a Client will seek an item which it not in our Resource Center. When this happens, if they simply let us know about their desired item, we will assign one of our staff members to search out the item, evaluate sources and different variations, and to then add the best selections to the Resource Center list. 3. Sometimes a Client or Care Recipient will have experience with a particular resource, whether it be a product, an informational item, or a service provider, which they believe would be of value to other Care Recipients and would like to share it with them. We greatly appreciate such contributions, and if you would like to share a resource with others just click HERE to enter the information in a simple form. When we receive it we will verify the information you have given us and then post it to the Resource Center. You have the option of including a comment on the item as well where you can tell others what you like about it.
